Re: AZ 14-001 Annexation and Zoning of Property s/o West Franklin Road, East side
of South Ten Mile Road.
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced design review
application for the Annexation and Zoning of 120.69 acres of land with the R-8 zoning districts
for Ten Mile Center
. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the proposed project.
2. This section of Ten Mile Road was constructed by the Idaho Transportation
Department as part of the Ten Mile Interchange. This section of roadway has not yet
been transferred to Ada County Highway District (ACHD) and therefore Idaho
Transportation Department still has jurisdiction. Therefore, no additional access other
than the ones already existing will be approved to Ten Mile road.

Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above-referenced
application for Annex Rezoning only.
However a Land Use Change Application will be required at the time this parcel is developed.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. NMID's Kennedy Lateral courses through this
proposed project. The easement for the Kennedy Lateral within this area is fifty-five feet
(55'); twenty feet (20') left and thirty-five feet (35') right of centerline facing downstream.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site. 1f any surface drainage leaves the
site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) must review drainage plans.
