RE: Hacienda Subdivision No. 4
Dear Mr. Rich:
Central District Health Department has reviewed and does approve the final plat for this
subdivision for central water and central sewer facilities. Final approval was given
October 21, 2014.
Sanitary restrictions as required by Idaho Code, Title 50, Chapter 13 have been satisfied based
on a review by a Qualified Licensed Professional Engineer (QLPE) representing City of
Meridian and the QLPE approval of the design plans and specifications and the conditions
imposed on the developer for continued satisfaction of the sanitary restrictions. Buyer is
cautioned that at the time of this approval, no drinking water extensions or sewer extensions
were constructed. Building construction can be allowed with appropriate building permits if
drinking water extensions or sewer extensions have since been constructed or if the developer
is simultaneously constructing those facilities. If the developer fails to construct facilities then
sanitary restrictions may be reimposed, in accordance with Section 50-1326, Idaho Code, by
the issuance of a certificate of disapproval, and no construction of any building or shelter
requiring drinking water or sewer/septic facilities shall be allowed.
If you have any questions, please call 327-8517.

Subject: RE: City of Meridian Dev App - Hacienda Sub No. 4 FP 14-004
Settlers facilities will not be impacted by the proposed constructing of Hacienda South Subdivision, however a portion of
the North Slough Lateral Association will be impacted. I am aware of previous discussions regarding the relocation and
tiling of this impacted portion of the North Slough. Please keep in mind that prior to ANY construction to the North
Slough facilities, plans for construction must be approve and signed by the North Slough and a License agreement must
be complete. A new easement must be established for all irrigation facilities and remain protected.
In speaking with the North Sough Lateral Association in reference to Page#3 of Transmittal FP14-004, Rod Wagner NS.
President, informed SID that the NS is not interested in the owning, operating, or the maintenance of pressurized
irrigation systems. However any construction plans of a pump station, or upgrades/modifications to the existing MUST
be submitted to Rod Wagner @ North Slough for approval.
Thanks,
Mack Myers
