Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a current Land Use Change Application on
fie and is currently reviewing this project. Therefore NMID will withhold comment until the
review is finished.
The District's Eight Mile Lateral borders this project on the east boundary. The Eight Mile
Lateral has a minimum easement of sixty feet (60'); thirty feet (30') each side of centerline.
This easement must be protected.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the
site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) must review drainage plans.
