Good Morning Shawn,
I am glad we are making strides on the Canterbury Commons No. 2 plat. I wanted to touch bases with you this morning to
discuss Common Lot 62. It would be the City's preference to include this as a common lot as part of the development to
be owned and maintained by the HOA.
If deeded to NMID this lot will not be maintained and could become an enforcement issue for the City. It is my
recommendation that you coordinate with NMID (license agreement) and improve the lot with native grasses to add to the
aesthetics of the development.
