I have a few comments with regard m the fax from Dana Yorgason on 3/3/2004 as
summarized below:
The number of PRV's required for the "Albemalive Supply' range frrom 1 to 3.
ff the cost of lfta "Altema6w 5uppy' exceeds $28,000, we will have to famalry bid the job.
This will add approximately one month 6o the timeline.
The Cry did not disc;usa paying for the "Altemative Source°. We are prooaed'mg v~rith design.
The number of well sites required brag term is two. If we implernertt the "Alternative
Source°, the number of well sites required stray decrease. Phis will be confirmed by
modeling.
