I, Bill Hopkins of Rennison Engineering, applicant on the above referenced property do
hereby attest that the property known as Roundtree Subdivision was posted on February 26th,
2004. The sign was posted on the south side of Pine Ave. at 1105 West Pine Ave. at the
property frontage. The City Council hearing is scheduled for March 9`1' at 7:00pm. The
property itself is a 5.7 acre undeveloped parcel being Lot 2, Tramore Subdivision.
