The reduction in minimum lot frontage should be added to the other reductions requested in the Planned Development. I have spoken to the Fire Depazunent about this access and they will require it to be constructed to support a 70,000 Ib vehicle and an approved turn around will recd to be constructed on site. The fire Depattntent also has concerns regarding the size of the hottse, and has requested that it be resuricted to less than 3,600 square feet (inoluding gam8e)• Only one home is being requested at this time and any additional homes on the Boyack property will have to wait for municipal services to be provided from later phases of Saguazo Canyon. We recognize the need to notify all property owners with a 300' radius ofthe new portion of the legal description and that the noticing will delay the Ciry Counci I's Public Hearing. We would ask that you begin noticing the propertyowpets as quickly as possible in order to limit the delay caused'by the introduction of the revised legal description. Please consider this a request to continue or ritble to a specific date for all of the public heariags related to Saguaro Canyon until they can be heard together. 12552 W.
