The 24-foot wide access road providing-connectivity from the Boyack Parcel to Meridian Road has beat added to the legal description to provide tiontage for the 5-acrc lot. In addition to the revised legal description we are requesting that the 24-foot wide access road be considered the minimum lot frontage for the Boyack parcel. The reduction in minimum lot frontage should be added to the other reductions requested in the Planned Development. I have spoken to the Fire Deparunent about this access and they will require it to be consn-ucred to support a 70,000 Ib vehicle and an approved turn atrovnd will aced to be constructed on site.
