OBJECTION
WE OBJECT to the approval for the above Saguazo Cazryon Estates Subdivision as it relates to om
property and provide the following comments:
The maps sent to surrounding homeowners, including ourselves, for this hearing, are from the original
request for platting, and DO NOT REFLECT the TWO revisions since that request -including what is
currently proposed. We OBJECT to not having received a revised map as part of our notification:
In the original plat, lot widths bordering the Lee 30 acres, and those bordering the Larkwood homes
immediately to our South WERE THE SAME (See Map 1). In the revised preliminary plat, those same
"Lazlcwood" lot widths have INCREASED TO 105 FEET, while the "Lee" lot widths have DECREASED
TO 74 FEET. (See Revised Maps 2 and 3) This was accomplished by DECREASING the number of lots
bordering the Lazkwood property, while INCREASING the number of lots bordering our property.
The 31 FOOT WIDTH DISPARITY on the "Lee" lots VS. the "Lazkwood" lots VERY SIGNIFICANTLY
IMPACTS THE SIZE HOME THAT CAN BE BUILT. Our home is 10,000 sq. ft. Just our home is larger
than the proposed lots that border our property. Or>r gazage at 1800 sq. fr., is larger than a home could be
on the proposed lots. - -
We, therefore, OBJECT to receiving an incorrect map, OBJECT to the changes in the Preliminary Plat, and
most vigorously OBJECT to the request for a condiflonal use permit which would allow reduced
requirements for frontages,,Jgt sizes, and minimum house sizes.
