Watertower, Suite 200 Meridian, Idaho 83642 CONTRACT PROJECT # & DESCRIPTION City of Meridian, White Drain Sanitary Sewer Trunk, Ten Mile Rd. to Locust Grove Rd. THIS CONTRACT, made this day of , 20 ,between the City of Meridian, acting by its Mayor and Council, by the City Engineer or his authorized representative, herein called "CITY" and Howell-Murdock Development Corp. herein called "Developer". NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: The City agrees to have the Contractor for the White Drain Sanitary Sewer Trunk Project construct 4" sewer services, according to City of ivteridian standard sewer service connection detail 7.16(5), associated with the trunk line through the proposed Cedar Spring Subdivision. The Developer, by signing this contract, authorizes the City to have the sewer service work constructed and the Developer agrees to reimburse the City for the cost of this work. The unit bid price established for this project is $17.50 per linear foot of 4" sewer service constructed. The Developer shall reimbursement the City within 30 days of sewer service work completion. 2. The Developer shall provide the City information on the horizontal and vertical location of the 4" sewer service stubs. 3. The Developer shall provide construction staking for the 4" sewer service work. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Contract the day and year first above written. Corrie. Members Present: Mayor Robert Corrie, Tammy de Weerd, Keith Bird, Cherie McCandless, and William Nary. Others Present: Chris Nye, Gary Smith, David McKinnon, Brad Watson, Will Berg, Ken Bowers, and Dean Willis. Item 1: Roll-call Attendance: Roll call.
