ARTICLE 2 THIr WORK OF THIS CONTRACT The Contractor shall fully execute the Work described in the Contract Documents, except as specifically indicated in the Contract Documents to be the responsibility of others. Bid Package #6 -Provide all Labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the Stt•uctural & Miscellaneous Steel in accordance with Project Plans, Specifications, Addendum Na. 1, Addendum No. 2, Addendum No. 3 and the Bid Form for BP #6. Note: All required forms, information and instuances must be completed and submitted to Beniton Construction before commencement of any work including but not Limited to the Request for Contract Information, MSDS, safety program, a list of suppliers and subcontractors, and any additional forms as requested in the specifications. Provide submittals electronically if available, or one (1) clean copy (able to scan); some exceptions may apply. Samples and color charts must be provided separately. Contractor shall provide {2) full size copies of approved shop drawings to Beniton. Contractor is responsible to pay all applicable taxes, which at•e included in the cantt•act price. Cant~•actor is required to provide three (3) hard copies and one (1) eLect~•onic copy of closeout information (0&M Manuals, Warranties, etc.} and one (l) complete set of Record Drawings, as requested prior to substantial completion. The schedule of values shall allocate the entire Contract Sum among the various portions of the Work and be prepared in such form and supported by such data to substantiate its accuracy as the Const9•uetion Manager and Architect may require. This schedule, unless objected to by the Construction Manager or Architect, shall be used as a basis for reviewing the Contractor's Applications for Payment. § 5.1.4.2 Applications for Payment shall show the percentage of completion of each portion of the Work as of the end of the period covered by the Application far Payment. § 5.1.4.3 Subject to the provisions of the Contract Documents, the amount of each progress payment shall be computed as follows: .1 Take that portion of the Contract Sum properly allocable to completed Work as determined by multiplying the percentage completion of each portion of the Work by the share of the total Contract Sum allocated to that portion of the Work in the schedule of values, less retainage of five percent ( 5 .............
