Project description for
Tristan Residence
4064 E. Easy Jet Dr.
I will be starting a small single station salon attached to the garage at my primary
residence, for my own employment. Both of our schedules will be part time. The salon is
approx. 185 sq. feet, including the bathroom and it has a separate heating and cooling unit,
electricity and hot and cold running water. It will have its own outside entrance with a big patio
area that is fully fenced. I will have 4 parking spots in my own driveway to accommodate
clients; this should help keep cars off the street.
If you have any further questions regarding my business please feel free to contact me
at 208-859-2222.
