Narrative:
I would like to have a pre-school (not daycare) for six children in my home twice a week
for two and a half hours a day. The aim of this preschool is for Kindergarten
preparedness. It will be held in my front living, room (apx 14' x 15'). Other portions of
my home that will be used are the bathroom and backyard that is fully fenced.
I held a neighborhood meeting for neighbors 100 feet from my house, and no one
showed.
