Re: Permit for Construction Trailer
Ms. Powell:
Today we received a certified letter regarding application
for an Accessory Use permit for a construction trailer.
We would like to object to this trailer that now sits on
that lot. Our home sits directly next to the Sutherland
Farms Subdivision. We have had to endure people driving
across our property, heavy equipment and the noise of this
equipment. We were unable to use our patio from the dust
that was created. We have had to pick up trash not only
from the heavy equipment operators but also now from the
construction workers. Fence boards are missing out of the
fence that encloses the subdivision. The landscaping that
was to be done professionally is still lacking and the
great wall out front certainly has not been completed. We
pull into our driveway and look at all this including the
trailer.
Our question at this point, how much more is going to be
asked of the surrounding neighbors? Please no more
eyesores.... just get this over with.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the laws of the State of Idaho, Diamond Ridge Construction has filed with the
Zoning Administrator of the City of Meridian an application for an Accessory Use
Permit for the construction trailer at 3170 S. Bay Star Way, Meridian, Idaho.
Comments, either for or against, said application must be filed with the Zoning
Administrator within fifteen (15) days after the initial publication of this notice and
shall be addressed to Anna Borchers Powell, Zoning Administrator, City of
Meridian, 660 E. Watertower Ln., Suite #202, Meridian, Idaho. If there are
objections filed within the time allowed, the Planning and Zoning Commission
shall hold a public hearing on the application, after proper notice, and may grant
or deny the application after making and adopting Findings of Fact and
Conclusions of Law.
