Suite #202 Meridian, Idaho 83642 Re: Permit for Construction Trailer Ms. Powell: Today we received a certified letter regarding application for an Accessory Use permit for a construction trailer. We would like to object to this trailer that now sits on that lot. Our home sits directly next to the Sutherland Farms Subdivision. We have had to endure people driving across our property, heavy equipment and the noise of this equipment. We were unable to use our patio from the dust that was created. We have had to pick up trash not only from the heavy equipment operators but also now from the construction workers. Fence boards are missing out of the fence that encloses the subdivision. The landscaping that was to be done professionally is still lacking and the great wall out front certainly has not been completed. We pull into our driveway and look at all this including the trailer. Our question at this point, how much more is going to be asked of the surrounding neighbors?
