On Monday, I inspected and gave P8Z approval to Barbra Nary for an Accessory Use Permit to
operate a Family Day Care (maximum 5 children) out of her residence. The home address is 2140 N.
Todd Way in Sunnybrook Farms Subdivision.
Please arrange with Barbra to conduct a fire inspection for the operation of her Family Day Cara to

NOTICE OF APPLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Ordinances of the Cifiy of Meridian
and the laws of the State of Idaho, that Barbra Nary has fined with the Zoning
Administrator of the City of Meridian an application for an Accessory Use Permit
for the operation of a Family Day Care for five or fewer children out of her home
at 2140 N. Todd Way, Meridian, Idaho. Comments, either for or against, said
application must be filed with the Zoning Adminis#rator within fifteen (15) days
after the initial publication of this notice and shalt be addressed to Shari Stiles,
Zoning Administrator, City of Meridian, 660 E. Wa#ertower Ln., Suite #202,
Meridian, Idaho. If there are objections filed within the time allowed, the Planning
and Zoning Commission shall hold a public hearing on the application, after
proper notice, and may grant or deny the application after making and adopting
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
The property at 2140 N. Todd Way is more particularly described as Lot 5,
Block 9 of Sunnybravk Farms Subdivision, Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
