There are five children between the ages of five and ten that ride their bikes, roller-skate, play hockey and other games as well as walk back and forth to each other's homes, this is a daily activity. We feel this would create more traffic where it is not needed or wanted. There is already a problem with people driving down our street at excessive speeds and we are constantly watching and listening sa there are no accidents and the children stay safe. We do not want cars parked in the street blocking the vision of children who are trying to cross to the other side or have the on-coming cars not see the children We also feel that the additional noise of Day care children playing while we are at home on vacation or due to sickness during the week is not welcome in our small neighborhood. We feel that this home being a daycare facility as well as a rental this will bring our property value down, we are not interested in having this facility.
