2. The applicant agreed to work with Clover Meadows. However, a resident of Clover Meadows
contacted our office and informed us that they could not convffice atiy of the residents to allow
access through their property to connect to our pedestrian pathway. Therefore, it appears that it
will not be possible to make the pedestrian connection between the two developments.
3. ACRD has clarified their staffreport and submitted a revised version to the Chy staff
