As a Developer, we are generally neutral on family daycare use within a neighborhood. Our preference is the lighter, use such as 5 or fewer, as requested by Ms. Deim. One of our common concerns is traffic/parking related issues. We are not aware of any such issues with this request. As a Neighborhood Association, our position. is the same. We feel that having light family daycare use can be a positive for the families within the community.
