contacted our office and informed us that they could not comvince any of the residents to allow
access through their property to connect to our pedestrian pathway. Therefore, it appears that it
will not be possible to make the pedestrian connection between the two developments.
3. ACRD has clarified their staff report and submitted a revised version to the City staff
