AFFIDAVIT AUTHORIZING CORRECTION TO PLAT OF
SIENNA CREEK SUBDIVISION NO. 3

I, D. Terry Peugh, a Professional Land Surveyor, licensed by the State of Idaho, and the City of
Meridian, Idaho, a municipal corporation as the reviewing Municipality, do hereby certify that the Plat of
Sienna Creek Subdivision No. 3, recorded in the office of the Ada County Recorder August 7"', 2006, in
Book 96 of Plats at Pages 11812 through 11814 under Instrument Number 106126379, was prepared by
me. Since the date of recording, an error in Note 13 was discovered.
This affidavit is for the purpose of authorizing the Ada County Recorder to make notation on
said Plat correcting this error.
NARRATIVE:
Note 13 was not amended per the City of Meridian's Order of Conditional Approval of Final Plat
— FP -05-041 (Site Specific Comments/Final Plat, 3 (13.), dated July 12, 2005, which states

existing Meridian City Sanitary ..."
On Sheet 1 of 3, Note 13 currently reads:
13) LOT 31, BLOCK 11 IS TO BE OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN. LOT
31, BLOCK 11 HAS A THIRTEEN (13) FOOT WIDE EXISTING MERIDIAN CITY SANITARY
SEWER EASEMENT INST. NO'S 101135895 AND 101135897.
Note 13 should be changed to read:
13) LOT 31, BLOCK 11 HAS ATHIRTEEN (13) FOOT WIDE EXISTING MERIDIAN CITY SANITARY
SEWER EASEMENT INST. NO'S 101135895 AND 101135897.
On Sheet 1 of 3, Note 3 currently reads:
3) LOT 12, BLOCK 12 IS A COMMON LOT WHICH SHALL BE OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY
THE SIENNA CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.
Note 3 should be changed to read:
3) LOT 12, BLOCK 12, AND LOT 31, BLOCK 11, ARE COMMON LOTS WHICH SHALL BE
OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE SIENNA CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.
