A special pre-council meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:00
p.m., Tuesday, July 16, 2013, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor De Weerd, David Zaremba, Keith Bird, Charlie Rountree,
Brad Hoaglun.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

De Weerd: Okay. I will ~o ahead and call this precouncil meeting to order. Today's
date is Tuesday, July 16~ . It's 5:00 p.m. I will start with roll call attendance, Madam
Clerk.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda Adopted
De Weerd: Thank you. Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Hoaglun: Move we adopt the precouncil meeting as printed.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second. All those in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion
carried.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(f): (tJ To
Consider and Advise Its Legal Representatives in Pending Litigation
De Weerd: Item 3 is Executive Session.
Bird: Madame Mayor?
De Weerd: Mr. Bird.
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(f).
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to enter into Executive Session. Madam

Roll Call: Bird, yea; Rountree, aye; Zaremba, aye; Hoaglun, aye.
De Weerd: All ayes. Motion carried.

De Weerd: We are adjourned into Executive Session.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: (5:01 p.m. to 5:58 p.m.}
Weerd: Council I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session.

Bird: Second.
De Weerd: All those in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
