Re: Posting of Public Hearing Notice Certification

As instructed, Sundance Investments has complied with the Public
Hearing Notice guidelines by installing a sign board with the specified
requirements February 13, 2004. The Public Hearing Notice is posted on
the South side of Overland Road; one quarter mile east of the corner of
Overland and Eagle Roads.
The notice reads:
