Staff respectfully requests that the final plat applications for Lochsa Falls No. 9 and 10, File
numbers FP 04-008 and FP 04-007 be deferred one week to the Febnaary 24, 2004 meeting.
This time is requested to allow the developer to coordinate the routing of a Settler's Irrigation
District 3b-inch diameter irrigation pipe through the developmem. The layout of the Iots will be
affected by route and easement requirements for this facility. The applicant is confident that the
issues can be worked out early next week and that he can get revised maps into us for review.
