Re: Sundance Subdivision No. 1
Dear Becky:
After review of the plans for Sundance Subdivision No.l Settlers Irrigation District requires the
following:
1. Settlers Irrigation District is the irrigation entity having jurisdiction within this area. All
irrigation plans must be approved by SID. This property is not within Nampa &
Meridian Irrigation District.
2. SID's standards and specifications shall be the referenced standards.
3. A letter stating who will own operate and maintain the pressure irrigation system is
needed for our records.
