Bill -
I wanted to take a moment to reiterate our agreement with the conditions of approval for
the Irvine Subdivision preliminary plat.
Further, I wanted to let you and Council know that I have had a handful conversations with
Jerry Stevenson & Mike Myers who are direct neighbors of Irvine. It is agreed that we will
construct fencing that is consistent with their and the other property fencing all ready in place
to ensure continuity.
I have also made specific arrangements with Jerry Stevenson to add trees to the backyards of
our lots that border his property and identify one (1) of these lots as Single Story only on the
Plat.
