Hi,
My name is Mike Myers, Im writing this letter because I will not be able to attend the next public hearing regarding the
Irvine subdivision. I own the property located at 2685 W. Chinden blvd. ( the rectangular shaped parcel on the east side
of the proposed development) I share a property line with the proposed subdivision of aproximately 850 feet. At the
first public hearing I expressed my concerns about two things. My first concern was the idea of more two story houses
towering over my property removing any chance of privacy, in the pictures you can see what im talking about. I had
asked that no more two stories houses be built along my property line which seemed to be asking too much. At the very
least I would like to see that no two story homes are built adjacent to the improved portion of my property. (about 350'
from my north property line heading south). My other concern is the fence they will be installing along my west property
line. The other two sides of my property which have been developed have 6' vinyl fence installed. I was told by Mr.
Noriyuki that they would put in whatever type fence would best match the existing fence. I want to make sure that is
what happens. In Meridian I have seen many subdivisions that are surrounded with wood fence and after some time
they look horrible if not constantly maintained. It would not be feasible for me to try to maintain 850' of wood fence on
my side. I will include a couple of pictures to show what these homes look like on the east side of my property. Thank
