Staff respectfully requests that the final plat applications foe Lochsa Falls No. 9 and 10, File
numbers FP 04-008 and FP 04-007 be deferred one week to the February 24, 2004 meeting.
This time is requested to allow the developer to coordinate the routing of a Settler's Irrigation
Aistrict 36-inch diameter irrigation pipe through the development. The layout ofthe lots will be
affected by route and easement requiremems for this facility. is confident that the
issues can be worked out early next week and that he can get nto us for review.
