The Applicant of Baldwin Park Addition Subdivision sent me his response to the P & Z Commission's
recommendation to the City Council (see below). Please copy the Applicant's response for the Council so
they are aware that the Applicant is requesting modification to certain conditions. This item is on the Council's

Subject: Baldwin Park Addition
Craig,
Per our phone conversation, we request a couple of minor modifications to the conditions of approval for
the Baldwin Park Addition Subdivision. The first one was discussed by staff and the Commission, but was
not Included In the motion. The second Is Just a point of clarification.
Site Specific Condition #8
. There are 2 sub letters "a". Suggest changing the second one to be a "b".
. Request adding a letter "c", which is "Fencing adjacent to lot 7 Block 13 is not required.
(the purpose Is that lot 7 Block 13 Is not a mlcropath and the Landscape architect Inadvertently showed a
fence on the landscape plan).
Site Specific Condition #12
. As a point of ciarificatlon, we request the HOA referenced for the Baldwin Park Subdivision is the
Baldwin Park Neighborhood Association.
