These conditions shall be considered in full, unless expressly modified or deleted by motion of the Meridian City Council: GENERAL COMMENTS 1. The preliminary plat included %2 of the Eight Mile Lateral right-of--way. Apparently, this section of the Eight Mile Lateral is owned by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. The lateral was removed from the plat so the U.S. Government did not have to sign the plat. 2. The applicant applied for and received a variance for exceeding the 1,000-foot block length and tiling of the Eight Mile Lateral; GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1. Any existing irrigation drainage ditches (excepting the Eight Mile Lateral) crossing the property to be included in this project, shall be tiled per City Ordinance 11-9-605.M.
