Bill,
The procedure for a Property Boundary= Adjustment for Mr. Corrie's request is as follows:
1.) Download application & checklist from website
(Go to www.meridiancity.org Planning Department, Applications & Checklists, download
the Administrative Review Application form & the Pro~ert~• Boundary Adjustment (PBA)
checklist.)
2.) Hire a surveyor to prepare a metes & bounds legal description (must he stamped by a
registered land surveyor) of the proposed property boundaries for each property on which a
property boundary adjustment is being proposed
3.) Fill out the Administrative Review Application form and submit the items on the Property
Boundary Adjustment checklist including the following:
* Metes & bounds legal description (stamped by a registered land sure=eyor) of each property
on which a property boundary adjustment is being requested
* Notarized consent (~'~ffidavit of Legal Interest form) from the HOA and EACH of the
property owners applying for a property boundary adjustment. Each of the property owners
including the HOA, should be shown as co-applicants on the application.
* ~X7arranty deeds from each property= owner verifying ownership of their property
Consent from the irrigation district allowing for the relocation of property owners' fences
within their easement.
~.) Submit application to the Planning Department along with an application fee of ~1~9.00
5.) Auer Property Boundary Adjustment is reviewed and approved, complete conditions of
approval noted on the approval letter issued by the Planning Department as follows:
Record a Record of Survey showing the new property boundaries
* Execute & record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property= boundary adjustments as
approved
* Obtain new ta_x parcel numbers from the Ada County Assessor (if applicable)
* Provide copies of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new ta.~ parcel
numbers to the Planning Director
The HOA, Greg Corrie, and ALL of the other property owners on the south side of Lot 8, Block 1,
Tricia's Crossing Subdivision need to be co-applicants on the PBA application in order for this
application to be approved at Staff level because of the "blind" area it would create by only
adjusting a portion of the rear lot lines (per Anna). If Mr. Corrie cannot persuade ALL of these
property owners to be part of the boundary adjustment, he may appeal the decision of the Planning
Director at City Council.

Bill,
The procedure for a Property Boundary Adjustment for ~Zr. Corrie's request is as follows:
1.) Download application & checklist from website
(Go to www.meridiancity.org, Planning Department, Applications & Checklists, download
the Administrative Review Application form & the Property Boundary Adjustment (PBA)
checklist.)
2.) Hire a sure eyor to prepare a metes & bounds legal description (must be stamped by a
registered land surveyor) of the proposed property boundaries for each property on which a
property boundary adjustment is being proposed
3.) Fill out the Administrative Review Application form and submit the items on the Property
Boundary .Adjustment checklist including the following:
* Metes & bounds legal description (stamped by a registered land surveyor) of each property
on which a property boundary adjustment is being requested
* Notarized consent (Affidavit of Legal Interest form) from die HOA and EACH of the
property owners applying for a property boundary adjustment. Each of the property owners
including the HO:~, should be shown as co-applicants on the application.
Warranty deeds from each propert-~~ owner veri~~ing ownership of their property
Consent from the irrigation district allowing for the relocation of property owners' fences
within their easement.
4.) Submit application to the Planning Department along with an application fee of $149.00
5.) After Property Boundary Adjustment is revie. ed and approved, complete conditions of
approval noted on the appro~ al letter issued by the Planning Department as follows:
* Record a Record of Survey showing the nevc.> property boundaries
Execute & record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as
approved
* Obtain new ta_x parcel numbers from the Ada County Assessor (if applicable)
Provide copies of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel
numbers to the Planning Director
The HOA, Greg Corrie, and 1°~LL of the other property owners on the south side of Lot 8, Block 1,
Tricia's Crossing Subdivision need to be co-applicants on the PBA application in order for this
application to be approved at Staff level because of the "blind" area it would create by only
adjusting a portion of the rear lot lines (per Anna). If Mr. Corrie cannot persuade ALL of these
property owners to be part of the boundary adjustment, he may appeal the decision of the Planning
Director at City Council.
