Sonya,
We appreciate the recommendation of approval of our application. Our initial concern
with the staff report is regarding the language that states that no further extensions
may be approved. Our plan remains to complete our operations within three years.
However, there may be a scenario where additional time is warranted and would be a
positive thing. We feel the Commission should have an opportunity to consider such
a request if the circumstances support it. Thank you and please contact me if you have
