Temporary Constructior- i;aseraent included herewith as Exhibit "A-1", Exhibit "A-2".

2. This Contract shall not be binding unless and until executed by the Ciry Engineer and the Mayor and/or their authorized

or on account of fire location, grade, coz~stntction, and maintenance of the proposed sanitary sewer line.
