NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:

~. This Contract shall not be binding unless and ttutll executed by the Cary Engineer and the Mayor and/or their authorized
representarives. The parties have herein set out the whole of their ageement. the performance of which constitutes the entire
consideration for the granting of acid easement and shall relieve the CITY of al] further claims or obligations on that account
or on account of the location, gads, construction, and maiatenancx of the proposed sanitary sewer lnoe.
