The City agrees to include with the White Drain Sanitary Sewer trunk Project a bid unit prig item for ~" sewer service stubs. If the City's unit bid prite per each is less than $125.00 the City will include twenty-four A" sewer servict stubs with tine Trun& Lino Project. The Developer shall reimbursement the City $2,400.00 payable to the City within 30 days of work camp4etion. If ~e City's bid unit price per each is greater than 5125.00, ar unreasonable, the ~" sewer service stabs will not be included in the City's Project. The City will allow the Developer the option to install 4" sewer service stubs at Deveiaper's expense. If the Developer cheeses this option the City will direct their 1?rojeet Contrnctar to coordinate with the Developer far iastal4ation of the A~" sewer servlee subs. Coordination is anticipated to Consist of the City's Project Cptstt•aCtor net baelcfilling {leaving gpen) constructed trench segments, estimated at 250 lineal feet, for 24 hours tq acgammodate the Developer's Contractor m instal] the 4" sewer sorvi~ stubs. 2. The Developer shall provide the City infgratation on the horizontal and vertical location of the 4" sower service stubs one week prior tp bidding.
