Overpass Will - as we discussed, attached is a draft of a new interagency agreement between ACRD and Meridian for the subject work. As you know, Meridian had previously signed an agreement as part of an ITD-ACRD-Meridian State and Local Agreement initiated out of IT D's office. That agreement only addressed the overpass. Also, there have been some modificiations of requirements to the project by FHD6A, and ITD is now re-writing the State and Local Agreement between ITD and ACRD only, leaving the need for an agreement between ACRD and the City of Meridian. The attached draft is our first cut at an Interagency Agreement. If you or your attorneys have questions, please call our attorney, Ms. Barbara Beehner-Kane, at 387-6119. There may the need for several dialogues before both parties are satisfied with the wording. Once the wording has been satisfactorily agreed to at the staff level, I will formally transmit the Interagency Agreement to you for consideration/signature by your Council. Thanks, and I look forward to working with you. Katey Levihn, P.E. PPC Coordinator ACRD 387-6109 1 .JUL 10 '01 16 20 FR PUBLIC WORKS 2088871297 TO CITY CLERK P.01i08 GARY D. SMITH, P.E.
