In anticipation of the development of a rodeo arena and equestrian facility in
cooperation with the City of Meridian, the Meridian Lions have planned a
Neighborhood Meeting. This meeting is the fast opportunity for the Meridian
Lions Gub to meet with the residents of the area as a group.
In addition m this letter, a vicinity map has been included to help define the area
in which the facility is to be located.
The meeting will be held on Saturday, December 13"', 2003 at 2:00 PM local
time at the property. Although there is a chance the weather may not cooperate,
meeting at the site will allow the identification of specific items and areas that
may be discussed. The meeting is not expected ip be overly long but your
attendance and input are needed to make sure each party's concerns are
included in this and future planning.
If the time of this meeting is not convenient for you, you may send written
comments to the address above. Please understand that meeting with each
individual is not acceptable as a substitute for the group meeting. If you have
questions or need clarification of information, you may call Mr. Don Carson at
463-8893. If no one is able to talk to you when you call, the phone has an
answering system so you can leave your name and number so we can return
your call.
