more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 4, marked by a 3.5 inch MVD
brass cap; thence
South 89°47'09" East coincident with the South line of said Section 4 a
distance of 925.02 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with 2 inch .aluminum cap PLS 5461
and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing
