T'he Council had concerns with the design of the pQOject however, due to the lateness of the hour, clearly identifying those problems was difficult. I was &usttated and confused with directicn the Council appeared to be taking. Late in the evening, one finds it difficuh to appropriately address the questions and concerns of the Council. We met with Mme of the neighbors a8er the meeting and discussed what had transpired We both realized that same modifications could be made to the project and it was in the best interest of bot11 parties if the Council reconsider their denial and provide au opportunity for a revised plan. The neighbors and the applicatrt have been through a long process to get to this point. Neither party warns to return to square one. We intend to create a quality project, and we would appreciate being able to clarify our thoughts on modifications to the plan to better meet the needs of the City of Meridian and the surrounding property owners.
