Attadied are revised legal descriptions for a portion of the tGssledCobbs/Ruwe
annexation application (AZ-03-018). The Kissler legal description does not change,
so that legal description should remain with the file and, if approved, sent to the
Assessor, Tax Commission, etc. However, the Cobbs and Ruwe legals do change
because the Eagy parcel was removed altogether. The attached legals should
replace the old legal description for the Cobbs/Ruwe/Eagy parcels.
