1. Business owner/tenant is responsible for all city and go ve ent permits relating
to the signs. ���,�_-
2. One main identification (center) si s permitted for the development (35'
overall height and 200 square fee . In addition, each individual x No+ 14
building may provide a monument sign, sizes in accordance with city code .A� tylot+. I h
3. Wall signs are restricted to size allowances provided in the Meridian City Sign 01'K
Ordinance. All wall signs shall consist of pan channel letters. Illumination may cj
be internal, halo or exposed neon inside a pan. Secondary copy may be in the
form of a bullet cabinet or sculpted cabinet for logos. Secondary copy may also
be non -illuminated individual dimensional letters. .<—, w .
4. No signs may be placed perpendicular to the face of the building or store ont� /
without the approval of the committee.
5. Directional signs are permitted on a limited basis and are subject to approval by
the committee. Developer/Landlord reserves the right to put traffic, safety, and/or
directional signs as needed.
6. No exposed lamps, tubing, animation, flashing or audible signs, conduit or
brackets are permitted without the approval of the committee. All cabinets,
conductors, transformers and other equipment shall be concealed.
7. All signs must be U.L. approved and carry a U.L. label.
8. All signs and their installation shall be in strict compliance with all building and
electrical codes.
9. Lease Inclusion: This planned sign program shall be included in the lease for
each individual tenant.
