Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has reviewed the pump station update for the
above-mentioned project. Your plans show that this pump station would exceed it's
water rights. A pump station must stay within the water rights. This pump station must
have overflow that goes some place other than back into the Milks Lateral.
The plans mention your proposal would. meet a fifteen (15) hour per day peek demand.
Irrigation water rights are intended to be used twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7)
days a week unless you choose to go with odd-even days of use. We are experiencing
low pressure in some of our completed systems now.
