wheo we approved the Red Feather Sub N2we missed the opportunity to connoct to Ustick Elementary
School. i have contacted Becky McKay to let her lmow ottr concerns. We were made aware of the potential
connection by a patron gamed Mike Tyvand who may testify at the hearing, a good call on his part
Lot 20 Block 13 is the odyPtoP~Y line in eotrunam with the school site. We believe a padtway would be
appropriau: into the southwest mrocr of the school sites I will convey to Hecky. Approval could simply be
by candit'wn to Work with the school district to reconfigure this la Far a developer provided path.
it also appears that Lot I S Block 12 should connect to the Briatwood Sub to the sotrth and east ofthc
school- 1 think this might be a utility easement
These pa4u are 5mportant in that Ustick Road from Red Feather east to the school is not served by
sidewalk, approximately ]/8 mile. Also Briatwood Dr. connects to Cloverdale Road to the east and is not
served by sidewalks. As you know safe bussing is cxpeasive far students who livo so close to school.
Let me know what else i can do at this late hour to cause the Lot 20 Block l2 pathway t4 be required.
