CONVENTION CENTER, here ni after "Lessor," and the CITY OF MERIDIAN, hereinafter "Lessee." Recitals WHEREAS, on December 16, 1997, the parties entered into a Standard Office Lease with the Lessor herein as the lessor therein and the Lessee herein as the lessee therein, hereinafter the "Lease"; and WHEREAS, the term of the Lease is from February 1, 1998, through January 31, 2001; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the term of the Lease with no penalty to either party.
