We have received and reviewed the Meridian City Staff report and Meridian Planning & Zoning
Commission's recommendations for the proposed Reserve Subdivision No. 2 (File No. PP-12-007, and
also referenced as Reserve West).
The Applicant can comply with the recommended Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in Exhibit C,
subject to the condition of approvals in Exhibit B of the staff report.
