Dear Mike,
The scope and budget of the Parks Maintenance Facility has been increased from the on final construct'
budget of $1,300,000.00 to a new construction budget of $2,300000,00. The ' ' 9 ion

$98,025.00. We are submitting an increase in the Architectural / En ineerin g
project scope. This increase is based o g g fee based on the additional
$75 004 o n the agreed upon percentage of 7.5%. The increase amounts to
