Re: Certificate of Zoning Compliance Narrative
Rocky Mountain High School -Modular Classroom Building
HSA # 12.126
To Meridian City Planners:
The scope of this project is to place one 28'- 0" x 66'- 0" modular classroom building next
to the existing Rocky Mountain High School building.
The new modular building will be placed on the existing lawn area. It will be provided with
an adjustable aluminum ADA-compliant ramp and stairs that will access the new classroom
building. We will provide a new fire alarm system that will be a stand alone system with (2)
dedicated phone lines. The exterior paint colors will be consistent with the color scheme of
the existing main high school building.
This modular building placement will give the Rocky Mountain High School staff (2)
additional classrooms to help with their overcrowding due to the current enrollment.
Thank you,
Greg Bush

Greg -This does not require a TIS. Although we have a Waiver of Fee agreement with the Meridian School District, you
will still need to submit plans to ACHD for impact fee review, prior to issuance of a building permit. The review will
calculate what the impact fee would be, but then will cite the agreement and waive the fee.

RE: A New Portable Classroom Building at Rocky Mountain High School, 5450 N. Linder Rd, Meridian, Idaho.
Christy
I am preparing an Administrative Review Application for a Certificate of Zoning Compliance to the City of Meridian
Planning Dept. for the above referenced project. One of the items required by the application checklist is written
confirmation that a traffic impact study or change of use is not required. Can I receive from you such written
confirmation that the placement of a portable classroom on this site does not require an impact study or change of use?
Thank you
