FOR FILING THE FINAL PLAT
This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on the 18th day of November,
2003, upon the Applicant's time application for a one (1) year extension for filing the final plat,
which preliminary plat was originally approved on December 17, 2002, as provided in § 12-3-6
B, and good cause appearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
The above named Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period of time
until December 1, 2004, of this Order for the filing of the final plat for the above
entitled subdivision application.
By action of the City Council at its regular meeting on the ~ $~ day of
