A. Solid Waste Service -
1. Commercial Collection Pick-up Times - Cont'd discussion; AM school
pick-up times and logistics (SS);
2. Fall Leaf Pick-up -Review (SS) and discussion; citizen suggestions to
change program by increasing number of scheduled pick ups from three (3)
to four (4) or delay start by one week (Westenbarger), and to delay leaf
pick up to later in month (Lynton);
3, Public Garbage Cans Needed on Street Corners-Junior citizens' suggestion
(McQuilkin and Warner) and discussion
B. City of Meridian Community Recycling Fund Program -
1. Dedicating Percentage of Fund to Composting Project (MM);
2. Soliciting Applications from Public; planning
