I have reviewed the sign application for Wells Fargo. The following modifications are needed to bring
the application into compliance with current ordinances and to complete the application. Please call if
you have any questions.
1. The freestanding sign must be reduced from 24 feet to 15 feet tall (as per Table D of Ordinance 11-
14).
2. The signs on the ATM canopy must be reduced to 50% of the canopy face, on each side.
3. Please verify the type of pole cover to be used.
4. Submit plans for any proposed modifications to the directional signs, clearance sign, and ATM
signs.
5. The wall signs appear to be in conformance with the Sign Ordinance. However, please submit
calculations to verify compliance.
6. Please clarify the full sign package being applied for. For example, sign M-1 on the site plan has
no photo or elevation. Several signs on the photograph sheet (U-1, E-2) are not shown on the site
plan. Sign E-1 on the site plan has no photo (I believe it is shown in photo #4, right?)
7. Is the wall sign (2'-3" x 13'-10'/z") to be used on one location or two?
