construct three buildings for Wendy's, Starbucks and Kinkos and an additional 6,500 sq.ft.
retail pad located in the NW comer of North Eagle Road and East Florence Street
Dear Mr. Berg:
As owner of the property located at 1405 N. Olive, Yellow Transportation, Inc. ("Yellow") received
notice of the public hearing to heaz Applicant's request.
Yellow operates a 24-hourper-day, truck terminal at its location in Boise. Yellow objects to the
application on the basis of increased traffic congestion that would come with the planned
development. This type of retail and business development in close proximity to our facility presents
concern for future truck traffic complaints. This would be an unfair result to Yellow as it is well
established in its location and is apre-existing use. Please make Yellow's objection a matter of
record at the heazing.
Nothing herein shall be construed as a waiver, limitation or release of any of Yellow's legal remedies,
claims or rights, and all rights and remedies, at law and in equity, are expressly reserved.
